National voice talent Julie Williams works the global voice-over marketplace from her home studio in Roseville, CA. A voiceover veteran of more than three decades, she has done thousands of voice-overs for such clients as Orbitz.com, Adobe, Coca-Cola, Billy Graham, Plantronics, Pampers, Cisco, and others. Julie was a 2010 Audie Award Finalist for her narration of the book, Lord of the Ringless. She’s heard regularly on narrations, commercials, infomercials, and other voice-overs.
In addition to voice-overs, Julie coaches VO talent, publishes the FREE VoiceOver Insider, provides free training poscasts for talent, voices for the blind, and has written a number of VO training audiobooks. Listen to Julie’s demos at VoiceOverChocolate.com.
Julie has taught hundreds of talents how to be better at what they do through her private coaching and her audiobooks: How To Make Money in Voice-Overs Even If You Don’t Live In N.Y. or L.A., Proven Voice-Over Techniques, VO Q&A Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Voice-Overs But Didn’t Know Who To Ask (With Harlan Hogan and Dan O’Day.) A specialist in Medical Narration, Julie’s Medical Mumbo audiobook will be released in July of 2010. It’s an advanced narration workshop for voiceover artists who have mastered the proven voice-over techniques.
Julie’s Private Coaching
Julie is a sought-after coach who coaches a select few talent via Skype. If you are interested in coaching privately with Julie, contact Ginger@Voice-Overs.Com.
Julie’s voiceover demos can be heard at VoiceOverChocolate.com . Her VoiceOver Chocolate brand earned her the 2009 Voicey Award for Best Personal Branding. Julie has extensive experience spanning numerous genres, including: commercial, narration, infomercial, docudrama, IVR, Audiobook, Medical Narration, children’s video games… she even once voiced a Spanish speaking puppet—although she’s really not quite fluent in Spanish!
As a busy full time voice-overs talent and full time news anchor for K-Love Radio Network, Julie doesn’t have time to hold workshops very often. She tries to hold one per year—if time permits… and her favorite venues are on cruises and in Hawaii. If you’re interested in hosting a Julie Williams workshop, please contact Ginger@voice-overs.com.
